Natural Cure for High Blood Pressure
High blood pressure is a silent diseases that strikes unnoticed. The American Heart Association revealed that over 30% of American suffer from this disease but only a few know they have it. Normal blood pressure is below 120/80 mmHg. In later stages of the diseases, certain symptoms may occur such as dizziness, nose bleeds or headaches.

The guidebook of this diet recommends 8 servings of grains, 4-5 of fruits and vegetables and 2-3 servings of low-fat dairy products and meat. Calcium supplements were shown a medium, but significant blood pressure reduction, while potassium supplementation a large reduction, but not shown in statistics.
Chinese medicine associates high blood pressure with a problematic circulation of the vital energy. They believe that negative feelings and fatty foods cause this deficient. They recommend herbal medicine combined with acupuncture. Mung beans, chestnuts, honey or celery also have positive effects on reducing high blood pressure.
