If you're suffering from menstrual cramps, herbal remedies that help against these pains are black cohosh, Valerian, wild yam, yarrow, chamomile, and feverfew.

The various disorders that come with the menstrual flow can be treated by removing toxicity from the body and improving the overall health. To detoxify the body, the patient must go on an all-fruit diet for five days; juicy fresh fruits should be eaten three times a day.  Avoid white flour, sugar, rich cakes, pastry, greasy foods, preserved foods, coffee or strong tea, pickles and spices. After the all fruit diet, adopt a well-balanced diet with cereals, fruit and vegetables.
